Plum jam from Emilia Romagna
Prepared according to the traditional Modenese recipe, using 200 grams of fruit for every 100 grams of jam and without the addition of pectin. In Emilia it is used to fill the "raviole" di San Giuseppe, a traditional Emilian dessert made with shortcrust pastry.
