Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove the container lid and all wrapping. Place pre-thawed* foil container in hot oven on an oven tray. Depending on food volume, bake for about 20 to 30min. Remove from the oven when the food is heated and gently bubbling around the edges. The cheese topping would have melted and have gentle shades of brown.(If meal is to be heated from frozen, place in pre-heated oven (180˚C) for 45mins to 60mins).
AIR FRYER: Defrost and heat at 170˚C for 6 to 8 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
