Burrata Cheese is made from cow’s milk and occasionally buffalo’s milk. The cheese is a mix of three prominent ingredients: mozzarella, cream, and rennet. The outer shell consists of solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream. When the cheese is cut, the beautifully soft interior spills out of its hard crust. This Italian soft cheese originates from Altopiano delle Murge.
