Amarena Cherry Jam
Abrupt sour cherry jam from Modena IGP
Obtained following the traditional method: a long boiling of the fruit with the addition of only Italian sugar from sustainable agriculture. The Brusche di Modena cherries thus preserve the unique and intense flavour of ripe fruit.
Only the best quality Italian fruit, harvested at the best moment of ripeness and processed with certified Italian sugar, to bring to the table an extraordinary consistency and all the authentic taste of homemade jams. 
Ingredients
Black cherries, sugar. Fruit used 160 g per 100 g of finished product.
