INGREDIENTS
Boneless, skinless (raw) chicken breasts (or enough for the whole family)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Onion (chopped)
Arborio Rice (Cook as per instructions on the box)
2 – 3 tablespoons per fillet of Le Conserve Crema Tartufo e funghi (Truffle & mushroom cream)
Optional mushrooms
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the Chicken:
Butterfly the chicken breasts to create a pocket for the stuffing.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
Stuff each chicken breast with the mushroom and truffle cream. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Add the oil in a skillet/pan, brown the chopped onions and then brown the chicken breasts on both sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
Prepare the Sauce
When all the Chicken is browned, use the same pan to brown the mushrooms. Then add the Whip & Cook and leftover Crema Tartufo (remember this is to taste – so add less or add more).
Heat Through and add the Chicken to cook thoroughly.
To Serve:
Remove any toothpicks.
Place chicken on a bed of cooked arborio rice and accompany it with your favourite veggies or salad.
